- Must have good communication skills
- Should be a good team player and ready to work under pressure.
- Willing to work in night shifts and flexible to be a part of startup company
- Make quality calls and provide information about our company services
- Initiate interest on our services to the prospects
- Set up meetings for the respective manager for second level calls
- Participate in calls along with the manager and follow up with the prospects
- Meet or exceed all targets set by the Manager
- Inform managers on all market intelligence gathered during all calls
- Should achieve daily call volumes, weekly / monthly lead generation targets.
Candidate Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Good Communication and Strong Convincing Skills
- Achieve appointment-setting target, basic understanding of qualified leads
- Go-getter attitude, Passion for sales, Results / numbers focused
- General understanding of the market, customers & competitors
- Fresher who are interested in sales and marketing
- Primarily responsible for Lead generation and Appointment setting through cold calls

- Utilizing various search engines to research online product data
- Capture the researched data in MS Excel/ MS Word
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Candidate Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Any Graduate Preferably /Minimum 6 months experience in similar domain preferred
- Should have intermediate level of understanding of MS Office suites
- Proficiency in MS Excel preferred
- Fair understanding of Photoshop will be an advantage

- Data Circuit troubleshooting
- Frame-Relay, T3, MPLS

- Advanced LAN/WAN troubleshooting
- Knowledge of multicast, IPv6, Netflow
- Exposure to WAN Monitoring and WAN Management Software like HP Openview/CA Unicenter TNG/ IBM Tivoli etc.
